I've observed before that hp puts calculators (and lots of other products) on sale over holiday weekends. This is one of those. Now is a good time to buy a calculator from the hp store with practically all of their home and office calculators, almost all of their graphing and scientific calculators (except 50g) and the 10bII and 17bII+ financials at 15% off with free shipping.
I also noticed that you can now pre-order the 30b for $49.99. I don't know when it will ship.
